Meat from our lambs During the summer our sheep graze in a large enclosed pasture with meadows and mixed forest, which is perfect for Åsenfår and Gotlandsfår.
During the winter we feed our sheep ecological haylige (a drier form of silage)
The slaughter takes place at Åkes Slakt & Styckning in Tolvsbo, 20 km from our Boarding house.
The proximity to the slaughterhouse makes it as comfortable as possible for the lambs.

We offer meat and sausages for sale.
The sausages are made at the slaughterhouse and contain only pure meat and spices and no additives.
